How to cancel your Ringo Top subscription and how refunds are handled.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Ringo Top subscription at any time directly from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment periods and no retention barriers.

Once you cancel, you will keep access until the end of your current billing period and will not be charged again.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our service, or if you see a charge you do not recognise, contact our support team. Refund requests are reviewed within one business day and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Charges made in error, duplicate charges and charges after a confirmed cancellation are always refunded in full.
