How do I cancel?
You can cancel any time from your account settings. There is no cancellation fee, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Read more on our refunds and cancelling page.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us if you see a charge you do not recognise or are not satisfied. We review refund requests within one business day. Charges made in error, duplicate charges and charges after a confirmed cancellation are always refunded in full.
