What we collect on this website

  • Technical data. Our hosting provider records technical details of each visit, such as IP address, browser, operating system, the page requested and the time. We use these only to run and protect the website.
  • Messages. When you email us, we receive your email address, your name and whatever you include, such as your mobile number.

How we use it

  • To operate and secure the website.
  • To answer your questions and handle requests about your subscription, cancellations and refunds.
  • To keep records we are required to keep by law.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host this website and our email process data on our behalf and only on our instructions. We share data with others only where needed to handle your request or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Technical logs: 30 days.
  • Messages: up to 2 years after our last contact.
  • Records about a payment or refund: 7 years, as required for business records under Hong Kong law.
